The San Francisco Peaks & Flagstaff Through the Lens of Time In-Person

"...for anyone who loves the San Francisco Peaks and Flagstaff and wants to learn more about the places we hold dear."

Take a trip through time around Flagstaff and the San Francisco Peaks with John L. Vankat, author of The San Francisco Peaks and Flagstaff Through the Lens of Time. Watch more than 150 years of local history unfold in historical photographs and drawings precisely paired with their modern-day counterparts.

Soulstice Publishing will be on hand to sell books, and John will be happy to sign them as well as to answer any of your questions.

About the author:

John L. Vankat is a plant ecologist, educator, and writer whose interest in the history and dynamics of forests led to an early fascination with repeat photography, in which historical photographs are replicated to show the changes that have taken place over time.
