Climate Conversation: Carbon Dioxide Removal In-Person

Join us for our next Climate Resilience Project program - a Climate Conversation to discuss Carbon Dioxide Removal. This month our expert will be Dr. Jennifer Wade, who is an assistant professor at NAU and has worked in the area of carbon capture and collaborates with the Center for Negative Carbon Emissions at Arizona State University.

Climate Conversations are 90-minute expert-facilitated discussions on a climate topic, news, and feelings around climate. Climate Conversations are NOT lectures; they are opportunities to collaboratively learn and discuss a given topic with an expert on-hand for guidance, information, and insights. Join in on the conversation at 6PM in the Downtown Library Community Room. Elders/seniors, youth, families, amateurs, professionals, and people of all ages, experience, and climate-knowledge levels are welcome, all you need to bring are your questions!

Climate Conversations will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of every other month at 6PM. In the months we don't meet for Climate Conversations, we will meet for Resilience Work Sessions at the library or on-site in the community to put our learning into action by supporting existing resilience initiatives around Flagstaff. To learn more about the Climate Resilience Project and sign up for email updates, visit tiny.cc/ClimateBuzz or visit the CRP website for more information.
