In a remote research station in Antarctica, a group of scientists encounter a beast that kills, then assumes the shape of its victims. Outside help won't come for months, so the crew is on their own in a desperate, gory battle against the creature that means to pick them off, one by one.
Body horror, groundbreaking practical effects, and the isolated setting combine to make this not only a cult classic, but a masterpiece of the horror genre!
