Pop-Art Pet Portraits In-Person
Unleash your creativity and turn your furry friend into a work of art! In this fun and vibrant workshop, you’ll create a pop-art-inspired portrait of your pet using bold colors, graphic patterns, and playful styles. An artist will sketch your pet on the canvas, so all you’ll need to do is paint inside the lines. Whether you're an experienced artist or a beginner, this session will guide you through the process step by step. All materials provided!
If you'd like to paint your own pet:
Please email a clear, high-quality photo of one pet only to libraryprograms@flagstaffpubliclibrary.org by the end of the day on June 30th. If a picture is not received by the deadline, you will forfeit your spot.
No pet picture? No problem!
If you don’t have a picture, simply let us know in the registration questionnaire which pet you’d like to paint, and we’ll provide a reference image for you.
Waiting List:
If spots are full, a waiting list will be available. If you are on the waiting list and would like to paint your own pet, please make sure to still send your picture by June 30th. Spots will go to those who are ready with a picture or have informed us of the pet they’d like us to sketch.
