Meet us at the trailhead: Little Spring In-Person
This short and beautiful hike up a mild two-track will take us to the C. Hart Merriam Base Camp historic marker and the spring itself. Expect to see lots of wildflowers, butterflies and maybe even some mushrooms!
What You'll Need
Transportation to and from the trailhead. Water, snacks, sun protection, shoes for hiking. No dogs on this adventure please.
How to get there
From Flagstaff, take Humphrey's Street north. Turn left onto Highway 180. Drive ~19 miles, then turn right onto FR 151 (this will be at mile marker 235). Follow this road ~1.6 miles to the junction with FR 418. Turn right to continue on FR 151 at the junction for ~.8 miles, and park at the junction of 151 and 418B!
