Movie Tuesday: Toni Morrison: The Pieces I Am In-Person
Join us the 3rd Tuesday of each month for a different movie! In August, we'll be showing the documentary Toni Morrison: the Pieces I Am! Popcorn will be provided!
Through a trove of archival material, evocative works of contemporary art, and interviews with Oprah Winfrey, Angela Davis, and Morrison herself, this documentary explores the inspiration for her writing.
Rated PG-13 for some disturbing images and thematic material.
