Common Read Book Club - Community Resilience Reader In-Person / Online
Join us for a book club as part of the Climate Resilience Project and in partnership with Coconino Community College and the Flagstaff Sustainability Office! Each month we will read and discuss a chapter from The Community Resilience Reader: Essential Resources for an Era of Upheaval. The Community Resilience Reader (Island Press, 2017) combines a fresh look at the crises humanity faces, the essential tools of resilience science, and the wisdom of activists, scholars, and analysts working on the ground. We will meet online via Zoom and in person at the Downtown Library Community Room on the third Thursday of each month. Please join us even if you haven't read the chapter yet! This book club is free and open to any member of the public regardless of CCC affiliation.
